Structural Correction
Adult Chiropractic
Misalignments in the Spine Cause Stress in the Body.
While some misalignments are simple and easy to fix, many are complex and require more than just a quick adjustment here and there. At NGFC, we specialize in Structural Correction of the spine. That means that we look at the spine as a whole and create a plan to ensure long-term correction, not just quick fixes. Much like braces help straighten your teeth, Structural Correction works to restore proper alignment in your spine and keep it aligned, allowing you to heal and feel your best.
The activities of daily life can cause structural misalignments in your spine. Common things like sports injuries, military service, pregnancy, holding children, sitting at a desk or in the car for long periods, poor posture, and even emotional stress can negatively change the structure of your spine. This can lead to chronic and recurring pain, stress and anxiety, numbness and tingling, and even things like poor sleep that cannot be corrected without addressing the underlying cause—the structural misalignments.
While all chiropractors are trained to improve motion in the spine’s joints, very few have trained in the art of correcting the spine. That is exactly what we do here at NGFC. Through safe and specific adjustments, spinal exercises before and after each treatment, and at-home rehab, we are able to help you re-align your spine, remove stress and dysfunction, and allow your body to heal.
If you are looking for lasting results, to correct the cause of your pain, to find freedom in your health—we are here to help. Schedule your initial evaluation today and get started on your road to healing!

1. Consultation & Evaluation (1st Visit)
At your first visit, we will look to find the root cause of your issue. This will include a consultation and history, a thorough evaluation of your spine, and any necessary X-rays.
2. Your First Adjustment (2nd Visit)
At your second visit, we will determine how to best correct your issue. You’ll receive your first adjustment followed immediately by another X-ray. This process allows us to know exactly how to help you best.
3. Corrective Treatment Plan (3rd Visit)
Now we are ready to review all of your X-rays and discuss your specific treatment plan, including the number of adjustments, frequency, therapy exercises, and cost. This is a great time to address any questions or concerns. Let the healing begin!
4. Check-ins & Progress X-Rays
Throughout your corrective care, we will conduct regular evaluations and progress X-rays to ensure you are healing as quickly as possible and make any necessary updates to your care. We will also begin to address other lifestyle factors that may be causing stress in your body.
5. Correction Review
At the end of your recommended care, we will take updated X-rays and schedule a time to review your progress and discuss a path forward toward continued healing and lifelong wellness.
6. Wellness & Long-Term Healing
At NGFC, our goal is to help you not only correct the cause of your issue but also maintain health and wellness throughout your entire life. During this phase of care, visits become less frequent, but we will continue exams and X-rays annually or as need arises. In this way, we are able to help you undo the stresses of life as they come and keep you healing and feeling your best.
