Teach n' Preach: Don't Guess, Test!

Is it just expensive pee or a healthier me? Do you know if your supplements are truly helping? Supplements are essential for optimal health and function, but not all are created equal. Quality matters! Poor absorption and unnecessary supplements can waste money and miss key nutrients. Testing takes the guesswork out, ensuring you get exactly what your body needs. Unlike meds, supplements support your body’s natural function—not force it. Learn how to choose high-quality supplements and address nutrient deficiencies with precision!

June Walk-A-Thon

June Walk-A-Thon is Back!

Lace up those walking shoes—our annual June Walk-A-Thon is making a comeback! This year, we’re challenging our Northgate Family Chiropractic community to walk a collective 1,300 miles outside during the month of June.

Why join? It’s a fun and uplifting way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with others—all while soaking up the benefits of being outdoors. Together, we’ll encourage each other to love and care for our minds and bodies through movement.

How’d We Do Last Year?
In 2024, we walked an incredible 1,118.97 miles together as a community! This year, we’re stepping things up with a bold new goal: 1,300 outdoor miles. We know we can do it—with your help!

Ready to walk with us? Keep an eye out in May at our resource table for the “Getting Started” info sheet and sign-up form. Bring your whole family—everyone’s invited to be part of the journey!

Rhythms of Rest

Rhythms of Rest: Why Sabbath Still Matters
We live in a world that glorifies hustle—but what if true strength is found in slowing down? In July’s Teach ‘n Preach, we’re exploring the life-giving power of rest. Not the kind that comes after burnout, but a sustainable, soul-nourishing rhythm built into your everyday life.

Discover how intentional rest can support your physical health, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth. We’ll talk about the difference between true rest and mere distraction, how to build a life you don’t need a vacation from, and practical ways to restore your rhythm—daily, weekly, and long-term.

You weren’t made for burnout. You were made for rest. Join us as we lean into the invitation to slow down and live well.

Light refreshments provided.
