Sidney
Patient Care Coordinator
Sidney is originally from Eaton, Colorado and moved to Colorado Springs in September of 2024; she joined the front desk team at NGFC a month later! She graduated from Cornell College with a BA in Anthropology and a minor in Biology. The youngest of four half-siblings, Sidney loves hanging out with her nieces and nephews and her family’s husky, cat, and chickens when she visits home.
Sidney enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, reading, hiking, and getting creative with painting her nails. She also loves to run–despite coming in last place in the 5th grade mile, she went on to run track in college and became a two-time 400 meter champion! At the office, Sidney can be found showing new patients around, taking x-rays, and keeping our many supplements organized.

About Sidney:
From a young age, I was drawn to science, especially learning about food and its impact on the body. In middle school, my family tried the JJ Virgin diet—not a favorite since it cut out seven major food types, but it made them feel and look noticeably better. This sparked my curiosity about food and its impact on health.
After graduating high school in 2020, I learned more about foods and supplements that support the body’s natural function. Then, during college, I interned at a chiropractic office where I was introduced to the idea that food is God’s natural medicine, and I fell in love with learning about how the spine impacts body function.
While college wasn’t filled with like-minded peers, I pursued this interest through my studies. After graduation, finding a job that aligned with my beliefs was tough, but I trusted it was all part of God’s plan. Eventually, I came across NGFC. I hoped and prayed it would be a fit, and I’m so grateful to be here, with a work family equally passionate about helping people learn to heal themselves.
