Taylor
5 Essentials Director
About Taylor:
Taylor joined the NGFC family in February of 2023, and currently heads up all things 5 Essentials. When she’s not at the front desk, she can typically be found taking x-rays, answering questions about supplements, and sitting down with patients to help them take the next step towards their health goals. Taylor was born in Phoenix, Arizona but has lived in Colorado Springs for most of her life. She played volleyball at Shorter University in Georgia, and still enjoys playing with friends from time to time.
Taylor loves hiking and all things outdoors, as well as reading, cooking, and baking. She dreams of traveling the world and experiencing different cultures (especially the food!). She plans to go back to school soon to finish her Kinesiology degree, with the ultimate goal of becoming a naturopathic doctor and having her own practice. She is a prayer warrior for her patients and loved ones, and is always ready to celebrate the miracles we see in the office!
A Message From Taylor:
As a baby, I cried all the time. My parents had no idea what was wrong—if it was colic, or potentially something more serious. They finally tried taking me to a chiropractor, and that single adjustment completely resolved the crying. I’ve been adjusted ever since! Going through so many ups and downs with my health as a teenager and an adult as well, I’ve found chiropractic to be a huge stress reliever on my body.
Before NGFC, I knew pretty quickly that my current job was not a good fit for me. Friends from church told me their chiropractor was looking to hire, and I knew this was where I needed to be—I needed to get back into the natural healthcare setting. I’d always been drawn to the health field, and was originally in school for nursing, but quickly decided that I didn’t want to be working within the typical Western healthcare model. Natural health has always been my passion, and to be able to experience different aspects of that throughout the day at NGFC is such a blessing.
I’ve learned so much about the nervous system from a chiropractic standpoint during my time here, and I’ve gotten to learn about functional medicine as well through the testing we do in the office. God has put such a strong desire in me to see and help people heal and be able to live the life He has called them to. My biggest goal is to bring autonomy to people. I want to help them learn that they have a say regarding their health, that they have the ability to take charge of it and make big changes in their lives.
